SIVIS was founded in 2012 by two founding partners.
The company initially appeared on the market as a security agency and developed over the years to become an organized and structured operational entity. At a later stage, the owners, Mattia Maldera and Davide Pecorelli, decided to incorporate a second business into the company, thus creating SIVIS Security&Facility Management.
Since 2017, the company has been competing in the market.
In recent years, SIVIS has experienced exponential growth, slowed only in 2021 due to the crisis caused by the pandemic. The increase in services was due to two key factors: an increase in customers and diversification of the types of sectors served.
SIVIS operates throughout Italy.
Over the years, we have expanded our service area. We currently work throughout northern Italy, Tuscany, Lazio, and some areas of Campania in the security sector.
For facility management services, we work in the following provinces: Aosta, Belluno, Brescia, Florence, Milan, Rome, Turin, Venice, and Verona.
SIVIS strives to satisfy customer requests: it is our intention to meet demand and, where we can, we try to do so! Employee availability is not the same in all areas, and we receive daily requests even from locations where we do not usually work. It is precisely this determination to successfully provide the services requested that has led the company to expand its territory.
